What we do in the U.S.
Jakob Rope Systems USA covers the United States from our Lake Worth Beach headquarters in Florida. We work from the same catalog as the parent company — architectural cables, Webnet mesh, Frames and green solutions — and adapt it to each project: railings, fall protection, animal enclosures, green facades, suspension structures and sports enclosures.
We do not sell from a closed catalog. Every installation is engineered and manufactured to measure, and we stay with the process from end to end: technical guidance during design, documentation for specification, fabrication, and support through installation on site.

Where it is made
Production is concentrated in two company-owned plants.
Trubschachen, Switzerland — headquarters since 1904. Manufactures stainless steel and galvanized wire rope, fiber rope, textile nets and Habegger rope hoists.
Saigon, Vietnam — opened in 2007 and rebuilt in 2019. Produces Webnet mesh, stainless steel frames and CNC-machined components.

Material and standards
Everything that reaches an architectural project is made from AISI 316 stainless steel, alloyed with molybdenum. That is what resists chloride and salt-spray corrosion, and it is why these systems hold up in coastal work.
Both plants hold ISO 9001 certified quality management, and the Saigon plant is also certified to ISO 14001 for environmental management. Products comply with ISO and DIN standards.
For use as fall protection, Webnet holds European approvals — the German DIBt approval Z-14.7-557 and European Technical Assessment ETA-21/0536 — covering horizontal and vertical applications. Local code compliance for each U.S. project is verified case by case with our technical team.
Sustainability
Both plants run on solar power, alongside low-consumption ventilation systems and electric mobility programs.
On the product side, stainless steel lasts for decades with no coatings and no replacement cycle, and Webnet carries an Environmental Product Declaration documenting its footprint.
